Salman joined the Klondike Welding team as a Project Coordinator in early 2025, bringing a diverse background in engineering, project management and quality coordination. With hands-on experience in both field and office environments, he offers a well-rounded approach to executing complex structural steel projects.
He holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Calgary, and a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from Pakistan. His academic foundation is complemented by certifications from Procore, and he is registered as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) with APEGA.
At Klondike, Salman plays a key role in the successful delivery of structural steel projects by managing document control, tracking RFIs and SIs, supporting scheduling, and serving as a vital link between engineers, detailers, and field teams. His ability to manage project documentation, track budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and environmental compliance on-site. Salman has led quality assessments and collaborated across departments to support continuous improvement. He is known for his attention to detail, structured workflow, and collaborative approach, he supports every phase of the project lifecycle with precision and professionalism.
