Philippe Vincent brings almost two decades of experience in the structural steel industry, combining deep technical expertise with a strong background in project leadership and construction management. As General Manager at Klondike Welding Ltd., Philippe oversees production, installation, engineering, estimating, HR, and day-to-day operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Philippe began his career in the trades after graduating in 2009 with a Trade Diploma in Welding. He later expanded his expertise into the management side of construction, earning a Construction Project Management Certificate with Honours from Algonquin College in 2023.

With a P.GSC certification and a proven understanding of all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and close-out—Philippe is a key driver of efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. He plays an active role in value engineering, working closely with owners and consultants to reduce construction costs without compromising performance.

Philippe’s leadership has helped modernize Klondike Welding’s systems, streamline workflows, and expand the company’s capabilities on large-scale and fast-tracked projects.
